My name is Karyna Tran
I created Transform HR Consulting in 2022 because of my passion for bringing Human Resources capabilities to small businesses in Sarasota and Manatee county.
My goal is to simplify human resources and be your guide. Just as no two businesses are the same, my approach is catered to the needs of each situation. I excel in providing creative solutions to difficult problems.
After graduating college with my Master's degree in Social Work, I started in Human Resources in 2015 as a HR Assistant. I immediately realized that I found my calling and passion. I quickly moved up the corporate ladder and ended my time in the corporate world as a Director of Human Resources. In addition to my 7+ years of human resources experience, I obtained my Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certificate from HRCI. Now I want to share my unique skillset with companies who haven't yet implemented Human Resources.
